Easy banoffee blondie

While I like blondie, I would hands down (and do!) choose brownie over blondie in every situation. Blondie is just a little underwhelming for me, almost lacking something... until I just happened to be making blondies and decided to add in some delicious extras which took this sweet slice ALL the way up to the next level!

My easy banoffee blondie is so soft and gooey, and is packed full of banana chips, chewy caramels, peanuts, pretzels and dark chocolate chunks - YUM! I used a mix for this from the bulk bins at my supermarket, but you could easily just make you own mix - and this way you can make it to your taste with more of what you like.
