Raspberry, rose & pomegranate refresher

While I LOVE a good champagne cocktail, sadly champagne doesn't always love me...

And with end of year soirée cropping up left, right and centre at this time of year, it's SO nice to have a no-alcohol option to turn to, so that you can still accept those invitations and actually function the next morning.

My Raspberry, Rose and Pomegranate Refreshers look and taste delightfully festive but you can easily get away with leaving out the alcohol without even noticing. Or, if you'd rather go with a 'harder' drink, that's easy too!

I used the new Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut to make my cocktail, but any dry sparkling wine will do.
