Caramelised onion vegan sausage rolls

I can never, ever, say 'no' to a sausage roll! But until I had these caramelised onion vegan sausage rolls I definitely would have in favour of a meatier option...⁣

These are loaded with caramelised onions and herbs, and flavoured with plenty of fruit chutney, wholegrain mustard and horseradish for a bit of a spicy kick.⁣
