Golden milk cake

When I created this golden milk cake, I was ALL about the sunny, golden hue. Little did I know, it would be the delicate, light-as-air crumb that I would end up loving... I mean, yes, the colour is gorgeous, and the flavours from the golden milk spices are warm and inviting (not to mention the smell as it bakes), but that crumb... it's the sort of texture that feels like a cloud on your tongue and melts in your mouth.
