Dinner isn't dinner without dessert! To feel fully satisfied at the end of a meal, I NEED a hit of something sweet. Yes, it's probably a severe case of sugar addiction - will I do anything about it? Probably not...


But obviously having some full-on creamy, carb-laden dessert every night is not the best thing for anyone's health, including mine, so sometimes I try to mix things up by having a reasonably healthy option in the fridge or cupboard that I can grab to satisfy that after-dinner craving.

This gorgeous raw vegan oaty miso caramel slice with no added sugar, and a rich tang of miso umami is just the ticket! And I love how the crumbly oat base combines with the smooth, soft date miso caramel filling, all topped with the crack of the thick dark chocolate top.
