Improving on perfect brownies

A fudge brownie made with good quality chocolate (AT LEAST 50% cacao - probably more like 75% if I’m really honest 😆) is probably my favourite sweet treat.
But can it be made better…?! YES! I used my usual, tried and tested brownie recipe and swirled through 2/3 cups of my vanilla/cinnamon goat’s milk caramel (see previous post) before baking, and the end result was off the charts!! 📈
Let’s not mention the fact that I then smothered the first piece in more caramel 😅 Deal? 😱
